2013 Galaxy Squad Images!

A member of Brickset.com recently received pictures of the new theme, Galaxy Squad.  Let’s take a look.

Here, we have the smallest set, the Space Swarmer.  This set looks interesting.  The design looks somewhat like a beetle, and maybe a little wasp mixed in. There is also a mouthpiece that looks like it might attach on to space ships.  The mini-figures look interesting also. The head of the “insect” looks somewhat like a spider’s head to me.  The other mini-figure looks very cool in my opinion.  The helmet design looks very cool, and so does the jet-pack.

 

Let’s move on to the next one.

Here is the Bug Obliterator. This is the largest set, and in my opinion, very cool. The picture is a bit blurrier than the other one, but you can at least see the design of the set. The flying one looks like it probably has some sort of function on it, and the ground vehicle obviously has flick fire missiles. The “alien” vehicle looks like a wasp/scorpion mix, and also probably has flick fire missiles or something like that. The mini-figures on this one are hard to see, but to me, they look even cooler than the other one.
